John Nikolaidis, JustExpand founding partner, is a seasoned Sales Executive with more than 20 years of experience in International Business Development. John has extensive experience in marketing Mobile and IT services in some of the most competitive B2B environments and has a proven track record of successfully starting new business in APAC, EMEA and LATAM for many mobile tech companies targeting Banks, Brands and MNOs. His previous employers include companies like Velti (NASDAQ), InternetQ (AIM), and many fast moving startups such as Warply, Omilia and Viva Payments. John is the brain behind JustExpand.com's success, and the person that envisions how all the pieces of the puzzle will fall into place to form the masterplan and blueprint of your international expansion!
Konstantinos Asimakopoulos
Partner & Co-Founder
Konstantinos Asimakopoulos has successfully developed new business for a number of startups and other mobile and IT tech companies and has managed to bring in international projects in banking, mobile and IT sectors in Greece, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Romania. Konstantinos functions as JustExpand's Commercial and Operations Director, and is responsible for developing and maintaining commercially productive relationships with both new and old clients, monitoring and facilitating our clients communication with all locally based JustExpand Directors, and maintaining tight control over each project's opportunity pipeline and deployment schedule. In short, Konstantinos is the heart of JustExpand's operations and is the glue that cements complex operations involving our clients and multiple directors in diverse geographies, and keeps our operations synchronized, on track, and waterproof!
Quinn Agen
Partner & Co-Founder
Quinn Agen is a US born, startup infused, battle hardened Business Developer with a passion for mobile and IT, and a talent for storming clients with new ideas and virally transmitting passion for new tech. Based out of Madrid, Spain, Quinn has been actively pursuing JustExpand projects for Spain, Portugal and France, and has managed to build an impressive network of connections with the Telecoms, Banking and Transportation sectors. Being the definition of a hard working, focused and results oriented person, he never stops networking and pushing for results and so he can rightfully be considered as JustExpand.com's growth engine in SW Europe.
George Psallidas
Business Development Director
George is a creative, passionate and dynamic communications manager with a flair for orchestrating effective sales campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and executing top-level presentations. He has the ability to meticulously develop and implement strategies that are driven by careful, intuitive, customer-needs analysis. His expertise allows him to maintain open communication with customers to strengthen relationships and build mutually beneficial partnerships throughout all district levels.
Johann Venter

Johann was co-founder in a very successful multimedia Solutions company, pioneering mms, .mobi and end to end communication solutions in South Africa. He was the Sales Director at Archer Mobile SA for 10 years and worked with all the cellular network operators like Vodacom, MTN and Cell C. Other clients include the major banks like Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank and FNB as well as the big retail groups – mms changed the way companies communicate in terms of collections, statements and invoices. Johann lives and works with passion, motivates those around him with his positive can do attitude towards business development and relationships.
Vince Parr
Partner & BuzDev Director
Whether it’s Telecommunications or Media British national Vince Parr is known as the go-to person for companies wishing to expand their business into the Asia Pacific region. Based in Asia for over 25 years Vince initially worked in the music industry before crossing over to the Telecoms sector, holding senior management positions in Smart Communications and Globe Telecom in the Philippines. In 2009 Vince launched his own consultancy and has won contracts in Asia for a diverse set of clients from multiple countries including the UK, USA, Chile, Israel, Italy, France and Korea.
