Phase 1: Project Kick-Off / Initial Planning

After agreeing on our objectives and the structure of our relationship with your firm, we assign a project Director, that will be the main contact for the duration of our engagement. The project kick-off normally consists of a few days spent at your company headquarters for strategy building and product training.

The Director will:

  • help you choose the best markets where your product – depending on core product / business model characteristics and competition – would have the best chances to succeed in the fastest possible time
  • help you formulate a go-to-market strategy
  • help revise and localize product / service selling materials
    help formulate a partner strategy

Lead time: Approximately, 1-2 months

Phase 2: The Road Show

JustExpand can guarantee that within the first 3 months of our engagement:

  • we can open leads and position your product in front of the majority of the target partners that we established in the kick-off
  • introduce you to local or business developer resources
  • spot possible client targets and build a pipeline
  • arrange meetings and presentations with various prospects

Lead time: Approximately, 2-3 months

Phase 3: Success

Sales cycles depend heavily on the nature of your product as well as the partners and industries that we are targeting. Besides opening new business, JustExpand Business Developers initially also assume the role of account management, in order to assure a fruitful commercial relationship with target partners.

A Fair Business Model

We believe in a mutually beneficial and incentivized based business model, structured as follows:

  • Monthly Retainer: Refundable and Non-Recuperable.
    A retainer fee is paid monthly and then deducted from the negotiated commissions owed for closing of business.
  • Performance-based Commission: Percentage-based commission based on closed deals.
A Smooth Process

We want to create a win-win situation for everyone involved and for this reason we base our remuneration on the geographical coverage and the corresponding amount of dedicated time and effort required from our Business Development Managers to successfully penetrate prospects.
Our process consists of:

  1. Decide on target countries
  2. Build Prospect pipeline
  3. Mutually negotiate KPIs
  4. Agree time required per Business Development Agent, ie: 3 days/week
  5. Agree monthly retainer and % commissions)
