This policy explains what happens to the limited personal data you share with us when you use justexpand.com. The site is a static marketing website — it has no user accounts, no comments, no login, no shopping cart, and no analytics tracking.

Who we are

JustExpand is an international business development company that helps IT and technology companies expand into new geographies through our global network of local business developers.

For privacy matters you can reach us at john.nikolaidis@gmail.com.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively give us through the contact form on /contact/. That is:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • The message you write

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracker on this site. We do not set any first-party cookies. Our web server (GoDaddy shared hosting) keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent, URL requested) for a limited period for security and operational purposes — these are managed by our hosting provider, not by us.

How we use your data

Messages you send via the contact form are used solely to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a potential working relationship. We do not add you to any marketing list, we do not resell your data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

Two third-party processors are involved when you use the site:

  • Formsubmit.co — processes submissions from our contact form and forwards them to us by email. Their privacy policy is at formsubmit.co/privacy. The data they receive is the same data you typed into the form.
  • Google Fonts — the site loads the Inter font from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google may log your IP address and browser information as a technical consequence of serving the font. See Google's privacy policy.

Beyond these two processors, we do not share your data with anyone except where required by law.

Where your data is stored and for how long

Contact-form submissions arrive in our email inbox (Gmail). We retain them for as long as the conversation remains commercially relevant, typically no longer than 3 years after the last meaningful contact, after which we delete them. Formsubmit.co's retention is governed by their own policy.

Legal basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the EEA / UK, the legal bases we rely on are:

  • Consent — you voluntarily fill in and submit the contact form.
  • Legitimate interest — responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct data you believe is inaccurate;
  • Delete your data (we will do so unless required by law to retain it);
  • Restrict or object to our processing of your data.

Send requests to john.nikolaidis@gmail.com. EEA / UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection supervisory authority.

External links

The site links to external websites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and the websites of some of our clients and partners). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the "last updated" date below. Material changes will also be reflected in the text above.
